Information on dog food recalls and things your dog should not consume!

We wanted to pass along some information that can help you keep your fury friend safe from bad food and/or items that are harmful to dogs. www.betterpet.com actually has tons of great info on all kinds of topics, for both cats and dogs. One of the most helpful features on the site is the pet food recall list . Just type in the brand you use and you will get, or hopefully not get, any info on recent recalls on that brand. You can also set up email updates so you will get alerted if your brand does end up with a recall.

Another helpful page BetterPet has is a list of all the food products that could be harmful to your pet, foods that are healthy for your dog, superfoods, and then lists of other hazards you may not have thought of that could be dangerous to your pets.
